Hi, I’m Alessandro.

Fractional CTO & Tech Lead · Lugano · Switzerland

At 14, I was already building software for my first clients. Since then, I’ve kept exploring computing: from the web to mobile apps, through to building AI models that can run on a smartphone.

Over the years I’ve worked as a developer, Tech Lead and co-founder/CTO. I’ve built products from scratch, led teams and experienced first-hand what it takes to grow a startup, looking after both the code and the decisions that shape a product’s future.

I enjoy understanding how things work, tackling complex problems and finding practical solutions. I use AI to speed up development while staying in control of technical decisions and checking the quality of the result.

Today, from Lugano, I work with businesses and entrepreneurs looking for technical leadership that stays closely involved in development. I collaborate with Italian and international clients.
